When they first spoke to them, they seemed knowledgeable and the phone staff is great. But then I kept getting the same documents I had sent a week or two before and I thought it was weird. Use a law firm other than DLG. **DO NOT USE DLG** I had to accept the pathetic offer on the other side to settle my claim; simply because of the coercion imposed by the DLG as the most incompetent law firm in the world. They pulled me through 15 months of stress: they couldn`t even get my name and correct in correspondence, which took weeks, months to respond to the simplest emails. On some occasions, I need to send an email 5 times to try to get the simplest answers. It was very clear to me that I was just a number on a piece of paper; one job to finish and move on to the next. I have made 2 major complaints in the last 15 months, none of which have been acknowledged. This violates their procedures as listed in the Terms and Conditions. It is an absolutely appalling undertaking.

Good service and good expectations managed. I was then transferred to a lawyer in London. I found the Gentleman with whom I was dealing very impassive. Was not very informative or helpful.
I felt like every time I called, I was constantly trying to get blood out of a stone. The guy was on sick leave and a miracle worker was his replacement. Arfan Razaq He was so professional, exuded a charismatic character and explained everything in Leyman`s terms. No question was too much to ask. I have been in constant contact with the DLG for almost 4 years. Calls monthly or every few months to get only one update. Arfan was self-sufficient and very resourceful. With his tenacity and imaginative attitude, he was able to get me an offer for 3k more than I expected! I am so happy. Finally, this test is over. I came out happy and it was worth the wait.

Unfortunately, I didn`t expect my claim via DLG to have a good result, but the whole experience became much more difficult to manage with all the lack of communication. I was rarely contacted and had to call for any kind of update, my lawyer Marcus was always “otherwise engaged”. In fact, I had to ask to speak to a high-ranking member of the team before someone contacted me. My original documents have been shredded and although I was promised that an electronic copy would be sent to me as soon as possible (in September), I am still waiting – of course. I would never choose to use these people. I will not spend too much time talking about this company, since we have been trying to deal with it for three years, but in short, they are completely useless, they should represent us in an insurance case, but they did not fill out the documents in time, so we lost the case, and then the other party continued, but again, DLG did not put the documents in time, so we lost the case, but we were not aware because DLG did not tell us, so the other party had a decision from the district court against us, but we only found out when we tried to extend our mortgage which was rejected, We then tried to demand compensation from the DLG, but it was also a waste of time and effort.
